Super Maids Terms of Service Last updated: November 2025 Welcome to Super Maids! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our residential cleaning services provided by Super Maids LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a service, submitting payment, or using our website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

Services Provided
Super Maids LLC provides residential house cleaning and maid services throughout Waukesha County, Wisconsin. All services are performed by independent contractors who are background-checked, insured, and trained to meet our quality standards.

Booking & Payments
  • Services are billed per visit and processed securely through Stripe using credit or debit cards.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of service.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
  • If you’re not fully satisfied or something from our checklist was missed, please notify us within 48 hours, and we’ll re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
  • We do not offer refunds for completed services.
  • All appointments include a 1–2 hour arrival window. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to variables such as traffic, weather, parking, and the duration of previous cleanings. Our team will make every effort to arrive at the start of your scheduled window and will contact you if timing changes are necessary.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and effective cleaning, clients agree to:
  • Pick up personal items and clutter before the scheduled cleaning.
  • Secure pets during the cleaning appointment.
  • Provide access to the property at the scheduled time, either by being home or leaving a key/code.
If our team cannot access your home at the scheduled time, your appointment may be rescheduled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

Insurance & Liability
Super Maids LLC maintains general liability insurance up to $1,000,000 and each independent contractor also carries their own insurance coverage. While we take great care in every cleaning, we do not clean or handle delicate or high-risk items, including electronics, light fixtures, artwork, antiques, or fragile glass. These areas are excluded from our cleaning checklist to prevent accidental damage. If damage occurs to other items or surfaces during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will review the situation and make it right in accordance with our insurance coverage and company policies.

Service Limitations
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a property is unsafe, unsanitary, or violates our company policies. This includes environments with pest infestations, hazards, or conditions beyond the scope of standard cleaning.
Our cleaners do not provide the following services:
  • Biohazard cleanup (including blood, mold, or bodily fluids)
  • Removal of large amounts of trash, debris, or hoarding situations
  • Pet waste or litter boxes
  • Vacuuming pet-soiled carpet or flooring
  • Cleaning inside dishwashers or washing machines
  • Cleaning insect, rodent, or pest droppings
  • Cleaning areas higher than a 3-step stool or requiring a ladder
  • Moving or lifting heavy furniture or appliances
  • Emptying diaper pails or diaper genies
  • Wiping light bulbs, delicate glass, or fragile fixtures
  • Washing or putting away dishes
  • Washing or scrubbing walls
  • Carpet, tile, or grout cleaning

Recurring Service Terms
Recurring clients are automatically rebooked according to their chosen schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). To pause or cancel recurring services, please contact us by email or phone.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If something from our checklist was missed or you’re not completely happy with the results, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning. We’ll return and re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt mediation before pursuing legal action in Wisconsin courts.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Super Maids website, including but not limited to our logo, brand name, text, images, graphics, and design elements is the property of Super Maids LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of our website or materials without our prior written consent. Use of our content for commercial purposes, advertising, or any activity that may imply affiliation or endorsement without permission is strictly prohibited.

Privacy and Data Handling
Super Maids LLC values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. When you book a service, we collect only the information necessary to schedule, confirm, and complete your cleaning such as your name, address, phone number, email, and payment details. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and we do not store your full credit card information on our systems. Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required to deliver our services or comply with the law. By using our website or booking a service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in this policy. Text Messaging and Communications
Super Maids LLC provides text message updates to customers who opt in through our website, booking form, or customer communication channels. Message types may include appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, service updates, and occasional promotional offers.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Super Maids LLC. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You can opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. After opting out, you may still receive important service-related messages such as appointment confirmations or urgent schedule changes.

Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
